About lets Vike it

Lets Vike It! is dedicated to bringing the Viking age to life through immersive experiences and educational activities. We offer a free family friendly event where everyone can "be a Viking for a day".

Let's Vike It is the only Viking Age Faire in the PNW, being located in Newport WA.

Our dedicated experimental historians are on hand to share the wonders of the Viking Age with you via our Viking Museum and numerous activities during the event as we celebrate the Scandinavian history and culture!

Kari Thompson aka: Hrafn Songr

Kari is passionate about the Viking Era and, as co-founder and Gottirr (clan leader) of Aasveig a sacred place she has worked tirelessly creating activities to bring the Viking Age to the public. Her years of experience as an event and festival planner have helped in the formation of Let's Vike It, a Viking Age Faire the first in the Pacific North West!
